About Us
Welcome to
Rachel’s Vineyard MN
Abortion is a traumatic loss. We grieve the loss of life but also of other God-given gifts:
- Loss of connection with others
- Loss of relationship with God
- Loss of joy, peace, & hope for the future
The Rachel’s Vineyard MN team walks with people in their journey to find restoration with God, others, and themselves. Those affected by abortion are led to experience the hope, forgiveness, and freedom that Christ offers.
Our Mission
Our mission is to shine the hope and mercy of Christ into the dark night of human pain experienced by parents and families who have lost children to abortion.
About Rachel’s Vineyard MN
Rachel’s Vineyard Twin Cities is an approved nonprofit site of the international Rachel’s Vineyard Ministries.
Rachel’s Vineyard retreats give people a safe and sacred place to open up to our Lord and to receive post-abortion healing without fear. Participants are able to grieve, work on any anger, forgive themselves and others, reconcile with God, and reconcile with their children.
Thousands of women and men have attended retreats around the world since 1995. Many of these people receive great freedom and comfort through the power of God’s healing word during the retreats.
Rachel’s Vineyard MN offers the ecumenical approach to Rachel’s Vineyard retreats and women and men of all faiths are welcome to attend. We have had participants from many faiths (or no formal faith) attend and receive healing and hope.
People join us from all around the upper midwest and even travel long distances to participate in our retreats located at retreats just outside the greater Minneapolis/Saint Paul area. We offer several retreats each year.
The Rachel’s Vineyard MN RETREAT TEAM
Our weekend retreat team consists of 1-2 priests, a licensed professional counselor, a site leader, and 3-4 team members. Our priests and counselors are very gentle and compassionate with a lot of experience in healing ministries.
Several of our team members have had an abortion experience and all attended a retreat for their own healing before joining the team. Team members come from a variety of backgrounds, ages, and experiences. Some are teachers, lawyers, corporate employees, nurses, administrative assistants, or business owners. Some are married, some single, some have children and grandchildren, and others have pets.
